By placing an order with Silver by Audrey Rose you are agreeing to these terms and condition below.
The details of every order must be confirmed in writing via one of the following:
- the "Note to Seller" on the PayPal confirmation
- on the "Contacts" page on the Web-site
- on the Sale Conformation page contact details
I always take care to ensure that every piece of jewellery I make is created to the highest standard and packaged securely in this own gift box, ready for presentation or just to keep it in.
As each piece of jewellery is handmade it will taken between 7 to 14 working days to produce. If you have any queries or special requests, please contact me prior to ordering.
Orders on the website can be paid using Paypal. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility. All payments are processed through Paypal's secure payment page. Alternatively, you can pay by BACS tranfser, please contact me for details.
All pieces are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery as this can be tracked and is also insured.
If you are in any way not completely happy with your piece, please contact me immediatley.
I personally check every piece before it is despatched to ensure it leaves me as perfect as possible, however, a full refund will be given for any faulty pieces.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, please contact me quoting the order number and reason for return. Please note that earrings canot be returned for reason of hygiene unless faulty.
Please return the piece in perfect condition and in the original packaging. I reccomend that Special Delivery is used as I will not accept reponsibility for pieces lost in the post. Refunds will be made minus postage. Once I have received the piece providing it complies with the return policy, I will process your refund.
